Delete your PracticeAssist account.
You can delete your account from the web or mobile app. You do not need the mobile app installed to use the web account controls.
Before you delete
Cancel any active subscription through the store or payment provider where you purchased it. Deleting your PracticeAssist account does not cancel a subscription or issue a refund.
Save any practice exports you want to keep. Deletion is permanent, and other coaches will lose access to teams you own.
Delete from the web
- Sign in to the PracticeAssist account you want to delete.
- Open your account page and find Account security.
- Expand Delete my account.
- Type DELETE, then choose Permanently delete account.
If you have forgotten your password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
What happens to your data
Deletion removes your account profile, the teams you own, and their rosters, practices, assignments and private coaching notes. Your memberships, favorites and ratings are also removed.
Community contributions may remain with the author shown as “Former coach.” Copies of exported or shared material that other people have already saved cannot be recalled.
Delete from the mobile app
Open your account settings, find the account deletion controls, type DELETE, and choose Delete account permanently. Review the confirmation before continuing.

PracticeAssist is operated by GameDay Technologies. If you cannot sign in, email gamedaysportstech@gmail.com from your account email where possible. We may need to verify ownership. Do not send your password, verification codes or athlete records.
