PracticeAssist privacy policy.
Last updated: September 28, 2026
GameDay Technologies operates PracticeAssist, including its website and mobile apps. This policy explains the information used to provide accounts, coaching workspaces, sharing and subscriptions. For privacy questions or requests, contact gamedaysportstech@gmail.com.
Information you provide
- Account information: your email, account identifier, role and any display name you provide. Our authentication service processes your sign-in credentials and recovery requests.
- Coaching information: team details, athlete names and roster details such as age, number, position and skills; attendance; private coaching notes; practices, reflections, seasons, assignments and activity progress.
- Content and collaboration: custom drills, media links, community contributions, ratings, reports, invitations and sharing choices.
- Support requests: your contact information and the content you choose to send us.
Only enter information you are authorized to use. Avoid putting medical records, government identifiers or other unnecessary sensitive details in coaching notes or support messages.
Technical and purchase information
We use session cookies and local device storage to keep you signed in, remember your workspace and support offline work. Hosting, authentication and purchase services process technical information such as IP addresses, device or app information and diagnostic records to operate and secure those services.
When you use a paid feature, RevenueCat and the purchase provider process product, transaction, subscription and entitlement information. RevenueCat uses your PracticeAssist account identifier to connect access across platforms and support purchase analytics. Payment details are handled by Apple, Google or Stripe, as applicable; PracticeAssist does not store your full payment-card number. Purchase availability depends on the platform and release.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to authenticate accounts, save and synchronize coaching work, enforce team access, deliver account emails, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, moderate community content and protect the service.
Team members see information permitted by their roles. Linked guardians can access the activities assigned to their athletes. Private coaching notes are restricted to their author. Publishing a community contribution or creating a share link makes the selected content available to its intended audience; anyone with a public share link can open it until it expires or is revoked. Community coach blocks are private account preferences. They hide that coach’s contributions across your devices and can be removed in Community; blocking does not delete contributions or private copies.
Service providers include Supabase for authentication, database and storage; Vercel for website hosting; Resend for account email; RevenueCat for subscription management; and Apple, Google or Stripe for purchases where available. Support messages sent to our email address are handled through Gmail. Providers may process information outside your country.
We do not sell personal information or use coaching data for targeted advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect users or the service. External media links you open are handled by their hosting sites under their own privacy practices.
Youth athlete information
PracticeAssist provides tools for coaches and guardians. Rosters may include information about children. Coaches and organizations are responsible for having the authority and any required permission to enter and share athlete information. Athletes do not need their own accounts for a coach to manage a roster. Contact us if information about a child has been entered without appropriate permission.
Storage, retention and deletion
Account and workspace records are retained to provide the service while the account is in use, until you remove them or request account deletion. Records needed for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations may need to be retained separately.
Account deletion removes your profile, owned teams and their related coaching records from the active application, along with memberships and other account-linked records. Some community contributions remain with the author shown as “Former coach.” Deletion does not recall copies that other people have already exported or saved.
Deletion from the active application does not automatically erase historical backup copies or transaction and security records retained by service providers. Contact us for information about retained records or a specific privacy request. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it with the original purchase provider separately.
See account deletion instructions. If you cannot sign in, email gamedaysportstech@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Your choices and security
You can edit supported account and team information in the app, control device notification permissions, revoke share links and request account deletion. Contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. The options available may depend on your role and applicable law.
We use encrypted network connections and account and team access controls. Devices also retain local workspace copies for offline use, so protect your device and sign out when using a shared device. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
